Pocono Animal Rescue or PAR as we call ourselves exists to provide a voice for the treatment of large animals.  We rescue and rehabilitate large animals suffering from irrevocable cases of abuse and neglect.  Part of our program is to provide assistance, information and educational programs to enhance the well being of large animals.

In an effort to provide information and education to the public we have created a web site.  We are using this website as a place for the equine community in our area to obtain information on equine services and products through our directory, horses available for adoption, an education section for horse care as well as a classified section for horse sales in the area. 

The Pocono Animal Rescue, Inc. is a §501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation and a member of the Federated Humane Societies of Pennsylvania.
